Hello to all our dear Patients,

We would like to notify you that our dental office is open for resumed business with re-formatted hours and changes in how you will be seen.

What does that mean?

Firstly, we would like to assure you that we have gone above and beyond Ministry requirements in implementing changes to our dental office in its physicality and clinical PROCEDURES.

You will see:

  • Doors on each treatment room being utilized to contain aerosol.
  • Air purifiers for each treatment room running full days for your safety.
  • Staff with advanced protective equipment, PPE, N95, face masks and shields, gowns, slippers.
  • Glass shield at the front reception desk.
  • One outside person only rule in the building other than relatives who are in the same household.
  • Screening upon arrival with temperature taking and recording.
  • Extensive and aggressive sterilization of before and after patient entry into the building and clinic rooms.
  • Staff monitoring, screening and recording each day.
  • Staggered use of treatment rooms with ample space in between patients, and shorter hours per day in order to keep the safety of the patients per day a priority.

Note: We are scheduling well ahead for emergencies now, if you are experiencing dental pain, please DO NOT LEAVE IT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE! Please call in advance so we may have the mandated required time for your appointment and rest period for the rooms.

It is safe to come back to the dental office; we have been seeing patients young and old alike.

Accepted Payment Methods

 We bill directly to your insurance. If you don’t have insurance, you will not find another office in Mississauga like us.
We always do the maximum to help in any way we can – whether it be alternative treatment options, Government programs, or fair fees for non-insured patients. It should not be a financial hardship to have your teeth looked after.

Cancellation Policy

We would like to alert you that we need 2 business days’ notice in order to cancel any dental appointment. Without sufficient time to change appointments it is difficult for our office to function, and accept emergency patients. Therefore we ask you help us in this. Without sufficient reasoning, no reasoning, and no shows, we reserve the right to administer a $50.00 fee.
